Gazing at piles or colorful roots stems and leaves at the Farmer’s Market…fried chicken and a martini at Hattie’s… a performance at the SPAC…a drive out to the apple orchard…the first bite of a warm cider donut, then licking sugar crystals from your lips…an afternoon at the track…bagel and a latte from Uncommon…strolling down Broadway…kettle corn…tasting reds and whites at Putnam, drinking Saratoga water straight from the spring.

Ruf! Morning! I always start my days with a stroll down Beekman Street. My owner is in a half daze, often in silly looking pajamas so I find it quite comical to run into as many people as possible. I have to stay on track though, because as soon we get in its BREAKFAST! While its dog chow for me, on good days I can lick up some delicious crumbs from a Bread Basket pineapple bran muffin. She likes to take me to the Farmer’s Market—lots of rear ends to sniff, many nice people that think I’m cute so offer treats. On the way home we stop by Congress Park. I think its rather hilarious to run circles around these funny creatures called Spit and Spat. When were in town, I make sure to stop by the best stores—you know, the ones with treats! Sloppy Kisses and Impressions here I come! A visit to a Skidmore Lacrosse Game is never a let down. Lots of petting, often treats. While I can’t go into too many places, it sure is fun to sit outside of Uncommon and receive LOTS of attention. Oh, and I hear they have some delicious bagels too. Well, that’s the life of a dog in Saratoga Springs! Best of all- I get to do it all again tomorrow!
