The Wine Bar in Saratoga is an absolute 5 star experience every time I go. The service is always impeccable, fantastic wines by the glass and a very upscale, sophisticated crowd. The smoking lounge is a very cool twist. There are so few cocktail lounges where you can smoke a cigar inside anymore. The room is completely cut off from the rest of the place so if you are a non-smoker no need to worry.
The Wine Bar also serves up great food and the downstairs lounge has live music on occasion. No doubt this is one of Saratoga's classiest venue and best bars.

It's a shame that most people only go to the Wine Bar for a drink or a cigar. What they are ignoring is one of the most innovative, and exciting restaurants in Saratoga Springs. This is a "foodies" haven. What's more interesting is that the dishes on the menu are usually 6 months to a year ahead of dining trends. Couple this with the freshest locally grown ingredients, a knowledgeable waitstaff and a chef who is a magician in playing wonderful games with flavors, and you have the winning combination to a dining gem. Over my almost 3 years here, I've invest a couple of thousand dollars dining there-I don't regret a single penny. And, you won't either.

Very nice place. A classy brownstone, well set and appointed. The menu ranges from ecclectic to nouveau. Excellent drinks, wine menu, etc.

This place is wonderful. An excellent bar, very good wine list and a nice crowd. There is also a cigar lounge/smoking room which offers a nice, intimate setting. The menu is a bit ecclectic, but creative. I don't eat here often, but I do stop in very often for a drink and a smoke. However, whether I am having dinner or just a drink, this is one of my favorite places in town.

The Wine Bar is a great place to spend an evening watching Broadway. They have a great wine selection, a great cheese plate and its perfect for capping a lovely day in Saratoga. I've never eaten dinner, but I hear great things...
