What a GREAT dining experience ! From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and were seated when WE were ready. The fresh baked bread and fresh whipped butter were outstanding ! We had the Prosciutto and Melon and a Shrimp Cocktail for appetizers and the Sea Scallops and Short Ribs for dinner. Everything was really delicious. Do not miss out on the Honey Ginger Carrots as an additional side. They stole the show ! We also had 2 glasses of wine each with dinner and the bill was VERY reasonable. Prime and Siro's were much more expensive and they didn't match Sperry's in atmosphere or taste. Sperry's is now a regular stop for us and should be for you.

Last evening, Nov. 10, 2010 I had the extreme pleasure of dining at the new Sperry's Restaurant. All phases of this fine establishment receive a ten out of ten for me. The wait staff was exceptional in their greeting, attending to all of my needs and the timing of bringing all courses to my table. The food preparation was both elegent and extremely appetizing in appearance. The food was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Two ladies sitting across from me were raving about their diver scallops and lamb. The wine list by the glass was small, but excellent. Having dined all over the northeast in the finest restaurants, including where my second home is in the Lake Placid area I can assure everyone that Sperry's is a place you cannot miss and should return to time and again as I plan to. Sperry's gets the highest recommendation that I can possibly give. Great job everyone!

The "new' Sperry's is fantastic. It's fresh, sophisticated and inviting. Fine Dining at its best. The patio in the back is beautiful. The service was spectacular both times I have been during the busiest month of the year in Saratoga. My sister who lives in Boston is a real "foodie" and she absolutely loved it. She even found a wine on the menu from a small vineyard she had visited in Italy that she has yet to find on a menu at some of the finest restaurants in Boston. Loved it!!
I can't wait to go back!

Kudos to the Sperry's crew for pulling it together prior to track season. I've heard nothing but raves from horse people and locals alike. Great job, you are pros!!

I recently tried Sperry's Restaurant under the new ownership and I LOVED everything about it! The atmosphere was amazing, the art work is incredible, and the Garden Patio has never looked so good.
Not to mention how delicious the food was. I tried the Cigar and Brandy, not only was it a treat for the eye but for the mouth as well (you also receive a snifter of Brandy with the dish), it was quite delicious. My date tried the Calamari Fantasia, it's a little sweeter than most fried calamari because it is made with Chick Pea flour but I really enjoyed the texture and flavor, my date also enjoyed the calamari.
For an entree I tried Chef Miller's Hangar Steak au Poivre. This was also amazing it was cooked to perfection and by perfection I mean medium rare, just the way I like it. My date tried the Filet Mignon with the dm sauce. I tried his dish and I am not a huge steak sauce girl but I fell in love with the dm sauce. Finally, the dessert was to die for. I have had many Bananas Fosters in my life but this topped them all! Hats off the Chef all around!!
I definitely plan to go back very soon and I can't wait to try everything else on the menu!

I attended the grand re-opening last night with a few friends and we had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and the outdoor patio looked beautiful. We weren't able stay for dinner but I will definitely return to try more than just the delicious hors d'oeuvres.

A classic Saratoga Restaurant, Sperry's has a great out door patio and a really cool atmosphere inside.
