Fierro's has an awesome ground sausage pizza topping that you can get by the slice or by the pie. One of the best pizza's around. Their Chicken Parm subs excellent too.
One of Saratoga's best. Great ambiance, great food. Probably the best option for lobster in Saratoga. Summertime The Wishing Well has a fun track crowd.
A fantastic restaurant, great steaks and now they have live music 3 nights a week. Will definitely be hitting the veranda a few evenings this summer!
great authentic mexican at the mexican connection near the track in Saratoga. Burritos are big enough for two. We usually opt for the shredded pork. Don't drink the water--drink the margeritas!
One of my favorite spots in Saratoga. The IT Burger is fantastic--served with a rasher of bacon on top and excellent fries on the side. Have it with a Guiness or Bass Ale while watching the Yankees beat up on the Red Sox and you've got a perfect meal!
One Caroline has got to be one of the best all around dining experiences in the capital region. The atmosphere is fantastic, location is the best, superb music and of course superb cuisine tastefully prepared from local farms. It really doesn't get any better.
The Wine Bar in Saratoga is an absolute 5 star experience every time I go. The service is always impeccable, fantastic wines by the glass and a very upscale, sophisticated crowd. The smoking lounge is a very cool twist. There are so few cocktail lounges where you can smoke a cigar inside anymore. The room is completely cut off from the rest of the place so if you are a non-smoker no need to worry. The Wine Bar also serves up great food and the downstairs lounge has live music on occasion. No doubt this is one of Saratoga's classiest venue and best bars.
Saratoga Springs is lucky to have The Grey Gelding. Fantastic food, amazing wine selection and excellent live music is why this place draws such a great crowd. We had 2 "sharable" plates last night--an amazing baked brie with apples and the crab cakes which were excellent. Frank Micare was playing which really made the evening absolutely top notch.
Fantastic event at the Grey Gelding last night. Frank Micare plays a great mix of music and the crowd an energy were excellent. Saratoga Springs is truly a 12 month town.
Circus Cafe is fun for all ages. Great lunches and early dinners for families and a fun later night scene for the big kids. Excellent food and staff. This is one of Saratoga's best!
We're lucky to live in Saratoga and have a venue like SPAC. The extended season looks really good this year. We will be at Rachel Price for sure. I don't know Arturo OFarrill but for $25 at the SPA little theater how can you go wrong?
Undoubtedly the best pizza in town and they have a great lunch special--2 slices and soda for $3.69. How can you beat that? They have more variety of fresh made slices than any place outside of NYC.
This is a real treat for Saratoga. We attended last year and were blown away by the quality, variety of the artists, acts and readings. Incredible value too.
The Friendliest restaurant in Saratoga! These guys really know hospitality--add to that great food, fantastic location and deals like $2 taco tuesdays and you can see why they have become one of the most popular Broadway restaurants with local and out of towners alike. The best addition to Broadway--maybe even all of Saratoga-in 10 years. Welcome Cantina!
Possibly the best in Saratoga. These guys do an incredible job serving all local ingredients in exquisite dishes. The menu changes daily based on the best local produce--check out the prix fixe menu certain weeknights.
In any other town I choose Starbucks but in Saratoga Springs Uncommon Grounds rules. Great coffee, fantastic bagels and free wifi (take a hint starbucks).
Gotchyas is a total hidden gem on Beekman Street. We had seats at the bar on a recent Friday. It kind of felt like cheers--everyone knew each other, friendly staff, great environment. The pizza is fantastic. A thicker crust which I normally don't like but this was excellent. Its also a great value. We shared a medium pizza between the 2 of us and brought 1/4 home. Friday
