We dined at Brindisis the other night,and what a pleasure! Chef Andy, a newer chef at Brindisis',(not owner Andy)started us out with Utica Greens and Bruschetta that was over the top!Entrees included The Kitchen Sink-3 pastas,meatballs,ribs,stuffed shells was exquisite.(wifes entree).Mine was a steak and potatoe that was great!Dessert was a sweet,chocolate covered cake!EXCELLENT food AND left stuffed to the gills!Ryan our server was the best! Went back the following night!!
