Sperry's, the historic restaurant on Caroline Street in Saratoga Springs, is set to re-open this Wednesday July 14th under new ownership.
Wednesday's re-opening includes free appetizers and reduced price drinks on the renovated patio--One of Saratoga's best outdoor dining and drinking venues
Colin and Christel MacLean, owners of the highly successful Circus Cafe on Broadway have brouht on renowned Capital District Chef Dale Miller as Executive Chef of Sperry's.
The Maclean's have pulled together a group of investors including Scott Johnson, Mayor of Saratoga Springs to back the venture.
This is the MacLean's second run at breathing new life into a storied Saratoga eatery as they took on a similar project with Hatties Restuarant in Phila Street before selling it to current owners Beth & Jasper Alexander.
Sperry's, now with a proven management team, a top level Executive Chef and an A list of investors will soon be back on the top of the list of Saratoga's Best Restaurants.
