This Event takes place at:
320 Broadway

City Island is a quaint fishing community on the outskirts of the Bronx. Vince Rizzo (Andy Garcia) is a prison guard and aspiring actor.

During his drama class, he reveals a secret and inadvertently sets off a chain of events that turns his humdrum suburban life into utter chaos.

While Vince goes to great lengths to keep certain things from his family, it quickly becomes apparent that everyone in his life--his hot-tempered wife (Julianna Margulies), daughter (Dominik Garcia-Lorido), long-lost ex-con son (Steven Strait), charismatic acting partner (Emily Mortimer) and even his drama coach (Alan Arkin)--are all harboring secrets and furtive deceptions, which ultimately collide with hilarious results.

"A very funny film, and one that operates at the sea level of humanity." --John Anderson, Washington Post (Rated PG-13 for sexual content and language.)

This is Saratoga’s community NFP movie theater located in the Arts Center at 320 Broadway in Congress Park where 3 times a week we show independent movies and documentaries and often have stimulating Forums with movie makers or experts in the field of the film topic after the showing. The Saratoga Film Forum--where the people are friendly and the popcorn is $2. Tickets are $5 for members and $7 for future members.
