Chinese is a challenge in Saratoga. Sunny Wok is OK. The portions are big, prices are fair, ingredients are fresh and the food is made while you wait rather than sitting in a steam table. Unfortunately, it just doesn't have the flavor you'd find at a big city Chinese takeout place. Located in Shoppes at Wilton, at the far end of the strip mall opposite Wilton Mall. Takeout (you can call in your order) but no delivery.
