Went in to look at collars/harnesses. There seems to be NOTHING for dogs over 20 pounds in this store, which was surprising to me.

This shop is very unpleasant to visit. A polite hello to the owner brings on a barrage of defensive statements on how wonderfully her business is doing and she points out the newspaper clippings hanging on the wall as proof that she is a huge success. Well to me, if you are stunningly rude to your customers, you are NOT a success in business or as a human being. This woman has a strange inferiority/superiority complex. Do yourself a favor and do not visit her shop unless you enjoy being bathed in a swamp of negativity. In spite of her strenuous efforts to educate us to her business acumen, it is painfully obvious that she has no clue as to how to be polite or simply be kind to someone who has come to her shop with the intention of becoming a customer!

Owners are ONLY nice to you if they think you have money. Mean spirted people. Dollar store merchandise. Skip the husbands bad attitute at the Clifton Park store too. Shocked to overhear a converstion with a rescue groups rep nicely asking for their support at an upcoming event. Husband was so rude, and all but threw the woman out of the store.

This store caters mostly to little dogs and people who like to dress up their little dogs and carry them around. I don't believe any dog should be treated like that. This isn't really why I don't shop there, though, it's just an observation. Like others I have found the owner somewhat impatient with me at times. I hope that some of these negative reviews will clue her in to the fact that her customer service could use some improvement. I think if she were friendlier and more helpful her store would be much more enticing to me. As it is I usually go to the other stores that sell dog stuff on Broadway first.

I discovered this shop this summer when I got a new puppy. The women working was very helpful. I bought a nice collar, a rubber ball toy and some small bone shaped treats. I like the shop very much.

I LOVE this shop! I have been buying my 3 dogs treats, toys, and clothes since they opened. My neighbors get a kick out of seeing my pups in their SECURITY shirts from Sloppy Kisses. I have found the women who works there to be nothing but upbeat and helpful

Unfortunately I have to agree with many of the above comments; I have found the owner (the wife, not the husband) to be shockingly rude on several occasions even though I have spent quite a lot of money in her store. I had assumed the rudeness was just a random incident, until it happened repeatedly and then I heard similar stories from other people. I like Sloppy Kisses' items, but they no longer get my business, Dogdom, though generally a bit crunchy for my taste is, has super friendly people and I now bring the pooches there for treating. Hopefully Sloppy's owners will read this and reconsider some things.

I had been here a number of times previously, when the owner was not there, and had a great experience. Recently, however, I had the shock of meeting her. She was extremely rude. I was argued with about the size of my dog and spoken to as if I were stupid. I have never experienced anyone in a position of customer service act in this manner before. I will never return. I would recommend Happy Tails in Greenfield Center, NY instead. The owners are always friendly and helpful.

Will never go back. Cute store, but the owner was rude and spoke to me like I was two years old. Not just my interpretation, my husband was with me and was very upset with the way I was spoken to.

This is the CUTEST dog store that I have ever been in! I got my dog a birthday cake and he LOVED it! Friendly staff helped me pick out the best size for my dog in a coat.
