Wonderful atmosphere for lunch or dinner and simply incredible food. If you haven't already had them, the Surf & Turf Tempura Roll and 677 Chop salad are a must!

I love the Prime! The relaxing, elegant atmosphere and delicious food is what draws me to this business. The appetizers are to die for, especially the salmon sushi. I only wish they would keep it as a constant on the menu. When the summer season began, they had excellent staff on the veranda. The new wait staff are not the top shelf folks who were there early on. My experience in the dinning room is also mixed. The food was wonderful but it became apparent that, although we had a party of 8, the waiter became disinterested in serving us, possibly because we did not order items from every section on the menu. It was a bit disheartening. He didn't even offer coffee before or after the serving of dessert. However, the bartenders, hostesses, valets, and some of the wait staff live up the high expectations at the Prime. I will definitely continue to go there. As a side note, there is often great music to enjoy as well. I really wish I can give this place a 5 star. Perhaps sometime in the future this can happen.

A fantastic restaurant, great steaks and now they have live music 3 nights a week. Will definitely be hitting the veranda a few evenings this summer!

Top notch food -- steak, fish, everything -- and top notch service. We were large group, and we were treated extremely well, orders were taken and executed perfectly, and overall this was a great experience. Fine dining in Saratoga now has a new benchmark!
