I'm 29 years old and I've been eating popes since it took over the "red barn" restaurant on broadway... currently "borders books" Its my go to move when thinking delivery Pizza in saratoga.

I have been eating at Pope's Pizza since it was located on Broadway. It is by far the BEST PIZZA I have ever had. The wings are delicious too. I agree that it is like eating in someones home. The servers are very nice and friendly and make you feel welcome. (Maybe the people who complain about service are rude to the servers themselves. Or just rude and like to complain in general. I have personally witnessed this on many occasions).

Popes pizza is awesome. Their huge pies are delicious, you can't really beat their plain cheese, certainly not in Saratoga. You go here to dine, you feel like you are in a small family kitchen. They have great italian favorites and very reasonable prices. They may not have the nicest delivery guys, but how many pizza delivery people do you want to introduce to your mother? Popes is not a fancy joint but its food is pretty damn good.
