I've been going to this place for years and will still do so. I think they had a change of ownership and one of the people who worked there ended up buying it. As said by another reviewer, the service is often questionable. A few times I've been there, the staff has either been a bit cold, not helpful, etc. They frowned upon substitutions which I had to order for medical reasons, but again, they do what they do and they do it their way, so I still go back. I go back because the food is very good. Great breakfast sandwiches and very good lunch sandwiches and wraps.

I've had good sandwiches from Peppers, but they have really strange hours. A lot of times, they are closed by 6pm. I guess they cater more to the lunch crowd.

just a tad lacking on service, accomodating special requests and substitutions. I would certainly go back but I sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable asking for what I really might want. Even when there is one person ahead of you and that person has already ordered, sometimes you have to stand there and wait just to order. None of this is anwhere near a reason not to go back -- as I said, I will!!! The taylor ham, egg and cheese is the best of the best, and the mom's wrap is superb. The specials are great too.
