I've been enjoying all week a doggie bag from One Caroline last Sunday night. Pasta alla vodka with clams and calimari.... rich and best savored a bit at a time. Ribeye steak... wonderful. Assorted bits and pieces our server was kind enough to include... thank you! One Caroline is nearly invisible from the street which makes it hard to think of it as a destination restaurant... but think again. The interior is intimate and perfect for the live music that's usually playing. The food is locally sourced and we were really happy with our selections. The "antipasto" plate of assorted sausage, cheese and bruschetta is a standout. Portions are generous so seriously consider the half-portion option.

One Caroline has got to be one of the best all around dining experiences in the capital region. The atmosphere is fantastic, location is the best, superb music and of course superb cuisine tastefully prepared from local farms. It really doesn't get any better.

Once again, one of the best, perhaps the best in the area. You can't say enough about this place. Nice, intimate setting, gerat service and excellent food. They buy from local farms and vendors and take great pride in what leaves the kitchen. There is a reason local chefs and those from far and wide truly love this place.

I was in here a few weeks ago for the first time in a while. I heard about their new "half portion" entrees. They are not to be missed. You can get most any of their delicious entrees about half the size, still be full and still afford to half some wine and maybe dessert. Their live jazz and great ambiance always make you feel like you belong. I always wanted to come here more often but now I can afford to!

This is a great restaurant for fresh, local ingredients and interesting specials. My sister and I love the vegetarian pasta of the day and the sticky chicken.
