Leon's Mexican Restaurant opened in Saratoga Springs in July 2002, and has already established such honors as receiving four stars by the Metroland and being named BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT 2004 by The Saratogian. Leon's was also featured on the Food Network's popular $40 a day show with host Rachel Ray as a wonderful "must try" spot. Leon's fine Mexican food uses only the freshest ingredients, and all food is prepared daily. Come in and try ourcomplimentary homemade chips, fresh salsa and cheese sauce.Our menu offers delicious Fajitas, Mexican shrimp Cocktail, Mole and Chicken Tamales, Pork Green Chili, Beef and Chicken Burritos and Enchiladas. I have been to several mexican restaurants in town and this is the only one I have been back to. I think this speaks for its self. Fair prices for food and drinks, high quality ingredients, delicious.

The food and service at Leon's is great! Yummy margaritas, too. I went there for my birthday, and they gave me fried cheesecake!

I've been to many Mexican restaurants. This place is incredible. It's not the "Americanized" version with just tacos, fajitas and burritos. But, the menu here is simplistically authentic. Everything was excellent. From the drinks and appetizers to the entrees . . . this place scored the highest marks in every category. The restaurant is owned and operated by retired jockey, Filiberto Leon, and his wife. Family owned and operated, they take great pride in their restaurant and everything that goes on and everything that makes its way to your table. Bravo to Leon's!!!

Leon's is the best Mexican in Saratoga Springs. FRESH Entree's.....the best $10 Perfect Margarita ANYWHERE!!...service thats good enough. Leon's doesn't need the huge menus that usually come with other Mexican Restaurants......Phil Leon's place seems to focus on Quality...not Quantity! And thats a good thing!
