Been to the High Rock location numerous times. This is normally my favorite breakfast spot in Saratoga Springs. My last visit was sub-par, and I'll chalk it up to a one-time occurence. We had to wait a long time for our food, and also had to wait to get refills on coffee and water. This surprised me. Even after waiting a long time for our food, it wasn't the usual quality. I ordered two eggs, and think I got one, and they were very dried out. The sausage was cold as was my toast. Perhaps the food sat there a while, I don't know. My friends experienced similar, fair food, portions and cold. Of course I am hoping this was a one-time occurence.

This is like having breakfast at home without your mother asking you when you're going to get married. Wholesome, soft, warm, fuzzy food, bottomless coffee and local gossip. Wait in line, its worth it.

I love Country Corner and I have been going there for years. I was kind of sad when they changed the original restaurant on Woodlawn because it lost its small country feel, and the wait became much longer, but I still can't resist the pancakes!

Country Corner is what's missing from so many towns that have lost all local businesses in replace of restaurant chains and box stores. This quaint breakfast spot offers the same menu you would find in any small town mom and pop restaurant and each time its delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive and the jam is outstanding! Now that Country Corner has another location on High Rock, there is a much shorter wait to be seated. And if they're serving the oatmeal scones when you go-- try one!
