I love love love Beekman Street Bistro. The service is perfect and the food is wonderful. Always fresh and frequently with local ingredients. That's important to me. I enjoy supporting a local restaurant that supports our local farmers. Feels good all around! The staff is knowledgeable and always suggests the right wine pairing to go with whatever I order. My only complaint is that I done get here often enough! I also love the quiet, tucked away location. Beekman Street is neat to wander with all of it's shops and gelleries.

Possibly the best in Saratoga. These guys do an incredible job serving all local ingredients in exquisite dishes. The menu changes daily based on the best local produce--check out the prix fixe menu certain weeknights.

After reading several stellar reviews of this place my wife and I decided to try it. What we discovered was the best place in Saratoga Springs. Charming staff, great atmosphere and locally grown/produced ingredients made for food that was to die for. Try Tuesday nights (off track season) when they offer a $30 per-person three course prefix with a wide range of appetizers (try the mushroom bruschetta, which my wife is still talking about), salads (I had the cabbage and apple and I wanted to lick the plate when I was done) and main courses (I had rabbit over handmade gnocchi and my wife had quail over winter vegetables; both were fantastic). Our only dilemma is now deciding when we want to go back and which friends we want to bring.

The BSB is simply the best restaurant in Saratoga. I've been many times and am never disappointed and always surprised. The Duck Confit with fig jam is amazing, but also make sure to try the Sardines with Meyer Lemon Relish, or the Pea Flan, or the hanger steak, or the wild mushroom bruschetta. I love it all the time, but the Tuesday Night $25 Prix Fix menu is easily the best deal in town. All the food is local and all the food is delicious - it's the best!

This is the Vera Wang of restaurants in Saratoga. Simple, pure, finely crafted, exquisite. You will come out a better person. The food was interesting, delicious, and healthy. The wait staff knowledgeable and gentile. The atmosphere soft and inviting. Order everything on the menu and have them wrap the leftovers. You will never eat better.

Beekman Street Bistro is my favorite restaurant in Saratoga. I always bring friends and family from out of town and they agree! The staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious. My favorites are the quail, the gnocchi with truffle oil, mussels, and the panna cotta for dessert. I've never been disappointed and I keep going back!
