I heard great things about this place, but sadly I was not impressed. i asked for crispy wings and got anything but that, no blue cheese with my order. The waffle fries were soggy and the same for the onion rings. But on a positive note the garlic and parm wings were good. I dont think Id go back, but i do wish them well as a new business i hope with the reviews they can make a few changes. best of luck.

I was so impressed with the polite and courteous folks at "Wings over Saratoga" not to mention the fantastic food and quality that is offered. not the fast food that is pumped into our childrens bodies these days. this has value. I was so tickled pink, to see it wasn't another pizzia or sub place. So being an ambitouse Realtor for Keller Williams ,Kellerher group spoke out loud to the owners and with wishful thinking brought to the table that they should also offer up another wonderful location of their establishment to the public and bring it to the area of wilton,(and why stop there) that's right, we need you there as well, fluish in the exit 15,16 area. never stop , your goals are always obtainable,I , Lisa joy Staulters a keller williams kelleher group realtor at your service to meet your needs to get your publics desires met , we want you out there, imagine " A Wings Over Wilton" don't pass up the opportunity that is yours for the taking. the college programs that are there the daycare programs, dr. offices the housing developments , the truck stop and the wharehouses and all their employees. etc. face it we need you .

We deceided to try Wings Over Saratoga when they first came to town and my kids can't stop talking about them! And we just keep coming back! My daughter (who might just be the fussiest eater ever to grace the planet) can't get enough of the boneless wings. She likes 'em plain and then dips them into the cheese sauce on her cheese fries (another fave). My husband is from Buffalo and is a tough critic of "real" bone-in Buffalo wings. He orders his with no breading and an "after burner" sauce. Just the smell makes my eyes water but he says they are the best he's had outside of his home town. While they may be known for their wings, my son and I believe that the ribs are the real treat here -- my 10 year old can down an entire rack by himself. We keep experimenting with sauces and haven't found one we don't like yet. And don't miss the onion rings! Just plain YUM!

Great wings and ribs! Hardest part is deciding which great flavor to try next. Perfect for my March Madness party. Waffle fries with different spice choices a great addition to the meal!

Our never-ending quest for great ribs in Saratoga ended when Wings Over Saratoga opened. The ribs are meaty, tasty and "fall-off-the-bone" tender. The chicken wings (boneless and bone-in) are equally good and very meaty. We thought we'd try to work our way through all 23 sauces they offer, but got stuck on the Sweet Onion Barbecue and haven't tried many since then. Our favorite side order is onion rings--super crispy. All the wraps are great too (and huge). Delivery is always prompt and delivery folks are pleasant and polite. Great for parties.

I too joined to tell people about wings over saratoga. I totally disagree with the above review. Not only is it exceptional it is the farthest thing from mediocre i have experienced. The wings are the biggest, juiciest, best tasting wings i have ever eaten. The boness wings are the buggest i have ever seen. The sauces are fantastic, the ribs are excellent, and the fries and waffle fries are great.

Wings Over Saratoga is my guilty pleasure. Its not gourmet, not fancy, nothing overly special, but they know wings and they make them exactly how you would want them to be made: spicy, greasy (I mean that is the best yummy sort of way), delicious. My friend and I ordered 5 kinds and while we couldn't really decipher which one was which, we enjoyed them all. I think next time I'll ask for them to be extra crispy. I'm not usually a french-fry kind of person, but we ordered the ranch waffle fries and they were in fact the best part of the meal. The whole thing was moderately priced and delivered very quickly. A great new spot to order wings for the game, feed a crowd, or satisfy that fried-food craving which like it or not, you know we all get once in a while.

THE ONLY REASON I JOINED WAS TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT WINGS OVER SARATOGA. IT WAS VERY MEDIOCRE, AND VERY HIGH PRICED. AS FAR AS BEING "JUMBO" WINGS, THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS ANY OTHER PLACE, UNLESS YOU GET THEM BREADED, WHICH I GUESS THEN MAKES THEM JUMBO. THE EAT IN AREA WAS PRETTY MUCH UNHEATED ALSO. I CERTAINLY HAVE NO REASON TO GO BACK!!!!
