I asked them to pick me up one morning after having left my car overnight downtown. The cab was 20 minutes late and they stopped to pick up two other fares while I was in the cab! I'm all for carpooling....but you're still going to charge me full price to take twice as long and sit smooshed in the back with two strangers?
Totally bizarre.

Every time I call these people I get attitude from this obese and incredibly unattractive beast of a woman "Toni".... and on top of it the service is slow and several of the drivers have "jacked up" the fares on me. I know what the rates are but for some reason they are frequently "temporarily" higher? I don't know, you tell me! I think from now on I'll just call someone else.
