My daughter and I were shopping in Saratoga Springs, NY. We had a fantastic day. When we arrived home Vt. my daughter realized she had lost her cell phone. The next day we got a call from Verizon. The owner at Speck had found my daughter's phone, which was locked, and call Verizon - found out how to get a hold of us, packaged the phone and got it back to us.
Not only was Speck a fantastic store (we bought a Lacoste dress, inspirational bracelet, and some flip flops) but that store owner went out of her way to get our phone back. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ~ Shara
