I shopped on Friday and purchased a pair of sandals, I found the two young ladies to be attentive and friendly, I even received a delicious complementary cupcake from one before I made my purchase.
I was considering a dress to match but the older woman working was rather pushy and I did not feel comfortable with it, perhaps this is who Allie was talking about.

Unfortunately I can't contact you since your post is anonymous, but I apologize if you had a bad experience. I do know that during the past 4 years, we have never had such a complaint and hope this is last one. With less than 400 square feet we simply can't offer the selection you may find in Lilly Pulitzer Via stores.
