This place is at the top of our list for a satisfying dining experience in town. We find a lot of expensive mediocrity masquerading as fine dining in Saratoga these days. Max London's has it all: delicious, well prepared food; superior service; fine cocktails. Try the polenta fries and their aioli sauce; if you are lucky, you will have enough to smear on the Mrs. London's bread in the basket on your table! Superior wine selections served by the "quartino" since one glass is never enough. Reservations reccommended- they can get very busy!

I finally tried Max London's for the first time last weekend. The restaurant has a great ambiance- could be just as fun to have a cocktail (and they have great list!) at the bar than to sit down for dinner. My friend and I shared 3 dishes- the serrano wrapped date, the polenta fries and the salumi pizza. We both loved the polenta, and while the pizza was yummy, we both agreed is was WAY too spicy! I will definitely return to try the rest of the menu.
