Primo's Restuarant at The Inn at Saratoga

Primo's Restaurant is located in The Inn at Saratoga, which is the oldest operating hotel in Saratoga Springs, circa 1843. The name Primo's was taken after the colorful Spaniard, Primo M. Suarez, who became the proprietor of The Everett House (as The Inn at Saratoga was know at the time) in 1881.

Primo's features informal fine dining and Executive Chef, Gerardo Tona, who studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where he earned a degree in culinary arts. Chef Tona worked at some of the finest restaurants in San Francisco including La Folie under Chef Roland Passsot.

Special Events @ Primo’s

Primo's has become know as the "special occasion place to be" for anniversaries and birthdays but is also great for just going out on the town and having a great dinner. Located adjacent to Primo's is the bar which features upscale cocktails and an extensive martini menu. For private parties up to 100 people there is a separate room with a fireplace and lovely decor.
