Isn't this a site to rent apartments?

 we have a one bedroom unit with a small living room, private shower/toilet room,
WITHOUT a kitchen (just a small snackbar, sink, ref, microwave). there is use
of an outdoor tennis court. we work and live in the main house with our teenage
daughters. we are looking to rent to a quiet female student or grad student.
