Winterfest 2008 in Saratoga Springs, February 1-3

Come out for a fun-filled family weekend with events for all ages.

Some activities include: Chowderfest, Winterfest Wine Tasting Event, Candlelight Ski & Snowshoe, Saratoga Springs Lion's Club Casino Night, Winterfest Craft Fair, Story Hour, and more! Read on for further details and don't miss this memorable winter weekend!

Candlelight Ski & Snowshoe
Friday February 1, 2008, 6pm,
The Warming Hut, Saratoga Spa State Park
A one mile candlelit loop for skiers and snowshoers. A winter wonderland retreat with live animal programs, bonfires and marshmallow roasting.

Chowderfest!
Saturday, February 2, 2008, 11am-4pm
Various Area Restaurants
Over 30 restaurants and establishments participate in Chowderfest to compete for the best chowder title! Chowder is served at participating locations for $1 each. Try at least 5 different chowders and return your validated ballot along with $5 and receive an official chowderfest t-shirt.

Winterfest Craft Fair
Saturday, February 2, 2008, 10am-4:30pm
Canfield Casino, Congress Park
Over 40 crafters offer an assortment of handmade items including jewelry, soap, candles and clothing with food and music.
