Candidates to "Speed Debate" Conservation Print E-mail

 A Conversation on Conservation in Saratoga Springs, October 25th, 2007
 
Candidates for Saratoga Springs elected positions will be asked a series of questions in a “speed debate” format.  Each candidate will be answering substantive questions about conservation and the historic character that encompasses Saratoga Springs.  Questions will be tailored to the specific functional responsibilities of each office and will deal specifically with land-use, open space protection and historic preservation in Saratoga Springs.

                Media and the public are strongly encouraged to attend.

                       

Each candidate will have five minutes to respond to two questions and to make a closing remark about their plans for conservation in Saratoga Springs.

 

The “Speed Debate” format provides access to all candidates at one time, in one place and the ability to gather substantive information in a brief time period.
