Saturday, September 20th 9:00 AM: Reveille. camp opens 10:30 AM: Morgan’s artillery demonstration 11:00 AM: Drill and rehearsal. Children form “line of battle” and advance 12:00 PM: 77th Balladeers perform 2:00 PM: Drill and rehearsal. Children form “line of battle” and advance 2:30 PM: Morgan’s artillery demonstration 3:00 PM: 77th Balladeers perform Other Activities: Medical staff performs simulated surgical amputation and procedures...hourly Walk through for citizens all day to see camp life, cooking methods, sleeping quarters Museum row on site with displays of Civil War artifacts, mourning clothes from the home front, original Civil War soldier images, weapons Sons of Union Veteran members and Daughters of Union Vets on site with displays with Victorian woman attending camp Discharge papers prepared for each student Sunday, September 21th 9:00 AM: Reveille. camp opens camp life continues with drill and rehearsal, medical demonstrations, artillery demonstrations, and museum row displays 10:00 AM - 11:30: Period songs and camp music performed 12:00 PM: Camp closes
