HORRIFIC SERVICE (or lack thereof) for my wedding party!
i made a manicure appt. a month before my wedding for myself and two of my bridesmaids and was told they had a large party coming in that afternoon but they could definitely see us at 1. (and in fact, they called me twice to confirm it.) when i arrived , i was told i was there at the wrong time and needed to come back in half an hour. i tried to nicely tell them that it was definitely at 1 and was met with blank, overly made-up stares... ok, so we came back at 1:30 (mind you, this is the day before my wedding and there was A LOT i should have been doing instead of dealing with these ninnies) and was told that there was, in fact, no appointment for me. after asking my name repeatedly and staring at their computer screen, it was clear that they had royally screwed up their appointments that afternoon.

now, this is where most businesses would start falling over themselves to apologize. not these snippy little girls... instead they demanded to know who i had talked to and when. guess what? it's not my job to take names--it's yours, and instead of accusing me of fabricating appointments (???) you should be making every attempt to somehow make it better. i've never been treated so shabbily by a business. they were RUDE, unhelpful, unapologetic, nasty and very much in the wrong. not once did i even hear the word "sorry" uttered. and that's all it would have taken.

so instead we went up the street to Pro Nails where we got incredibly quick and tidy manicures for half the price. i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND fresh
