The complete roster of artists, including several exciting headliner acts, will be announced in March. A few of the early highlights for 2008 include:

  • Martha Graham Dance Company
  • Gerald Clayton (jazz pianist)
  • SITI Company (theatre ensemble)
  • Honor Moore (poet and non-fiction writer)
  • Trilaterus: Ron Wasserman Trio (classical music)
  • Invitational art exhibit featuring five local and regional artists
  • Numerous exhibits by individual visual artists
  • Paint Out (outdoor painting by professionals and amateurs throughout downtown)
  • ARTiculation Sensation (literary jam with local talent)
  • “Music Marathon” hosted by Downtown Business Association
  • Master classes and workshops

By encompassing the appearances of emerging and established artists with local, national and international reputations at diverse performance venues and exhibit spaces in Saratoga Springs, SaratogaArtsFest aims to expand appreciation for the arts and continue the city’s growth as a premier arts destination.
