The Country Corner Cafe in Saratoga Springs is a terrific breakfast spot serving excellent waffles, pancakes, Omelets and many other delicious breakfast options. The Country Corner has two locations. One on Church Street and Woodlawn near Adirondact Trust and one on excelsior ave near Global Fitness.
