Chowderfest is the highlight of winterfest weekend in Saratoga Springs. The annual Chowderfest event features dozens of Saratoga Springs restaurants competing for your vote to be crowned Best Chowder in Saratoga 2010.
Warm Chowder is the perfect treat on a cold winters day and this year there will be over 30 restaurants serving $1 samples. There will also be a couple of dog friendly options too so bring the family and the family pet to downtown Saratoga Springs on February 6th, 2010!
Restaurants on Broadway, Caroline Street, Phila Street and Beekman Street are participating in the 2010 Chowderfest on February 6th from 11am-4pm. This years Chowderfest, brought to you by the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureaa is the cities 12th annual Chowderfest.
Transportation connecting different parts of Saratoga and Downtown will be provided by a free trolley service. According to the convention and tourism bureau website there will be several stops throughout the city including Beekman Street, City Center, The Holiday Inn/Primo's a the Inn at Saratoga and up and down Broadway. If you see the Trolley, flag it down and hop on!
