There are only a few restaurants I go to in Saratoga Springs, and one of them is Karavalli.....I have had several dinner parties there, and the menus created were some of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Indian cuisine is one of the great cuisines of the world, and people should experience it in its authentic form.
