Sunday June 1st will be the date for this years Caroline Street Arts and Blues Festival and Chili Cook Off! The headlining act will be the Little Sammy Davis Blues Band performing in front of D'Andreas Pizza from 3-5 Sunday. The Saratoga County Arts Countil will be displaying artists' works in the Saratogian parking lot and there will be live music in the street all day.
